The restaurant is newly owned by husband and wife.  They have revamped the menu and each night offers a special for $25.00

It's Southern cuisine with a Mexican, New Orleans and Carribean flavors.

Specializing in vension, axis, wild boar, elk and Akaushi beef,  Dawn and Chef Leu Savanh have traveled the world collecting dining experiences and gaining expertise that have influenced their cullinary vision. Chef Leu ingenuity is inspired by his Thai roots.


Fish is flown in weekly from Hawaii where Chef Leu creates fish entree's and sushi.  Make your reservations here.


Offering farm-to-table fare exploring the Germanic Alsace, Northern Italy and Texas roots. A quaint little bistro nestled behind the George Bush Memorial Museum.



The ambiance is a European Cafe with lots of wood, vaulted ceilings, small tables and an open kitchen. 

Reservations are not accepted on parties smaller than 6, so plan on going early evening or late evening for a table. Menu
